Andrew Leggett, began a life with jewellery by chance. He took a summer-job at a local jewellery manufacturer, having no idea that this would develop into his career. At the age of twenty Andrew began work at top London jewellery designer John Donald’s workshop, hand-making contemporary jewellery in gold, diamonds and coloured gemstones. After four years there Andrew moved to the renowned workshop of Geoffrey Turk. In the following years he worked on a huge variety of jewellery, making one-off pieces, each one effectively a prototype, which challenged and honed Andrew’s technical abilities. After ten years Andrew set up his own business on the south coast, and it is from there that Andrew, and his small team of craftsmen design and create the Flick wedding and engagement rings. As one of only a few selected retailers chosen to stock Andrew's collections we are privileged and delighted to be able to bring them to Avant Garde’s discerning customers.
