bracelets
When ordering a bracelet you will need to specify the length you want in centimetres, to the nearest half centimetre. Due to the fact that bracelets are constructed in segments, some items may be produced to the nearest length possible to your requirements.
bangles
To order a bangle the inside diameter needed should be specified in millimetres. This is only for items that are circular internally circular; please contact us to discuss measurement for alternative shapes.
sizing alterations
As with rings, it is the responsibility of the customer to order the correct size. If on delivery a bangle or bracelet does not fit, the designer will alter it or make another, however, because of the nature of the production of these pieces, we are only able to replace an incorrectly sized item once, free of charge. All of our pieces ordered via the website have a ten day refund guarantee if you are unhappy with your purchase or if an item does not fit.
